Alexandria Lakes are located approximately 3 miles southeast of Alexandria, in Jefferson County, Nebraska. It has 43 acres of surface water, and was renovated in 1996 to create 2 lakes. At his time the fish population was restored and restocked.
The Nebraska State Game and Parks Commission lists the lake as having good fishable populations of Bluegill, Channel Catfish, and Largemouth Bass. Boating on the lake is limited to boats with electric motors only. Primitive camping is available
