Cub Creek Lake is located eight and one-half miles west of Springview Nebraska, in Keya Paha County. Boating on the lake is allowed, but only electric fishing motors or nonpowered boats may be used.
The lake has 27 surface acres of water. The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission lists the lake as containing Bluegill, Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Tiger Muskie, Walleye and Yellow Perch.
Facilities at Cub Creek Lake include primitive camping, boating access, picnic facilities and restrooms.
