Lake Hastings is located in Adams County Nebraska at the north edge of the City of Hastings. The lake has approximately 63 surface acres of water. All boats are allowed on this lake, and is heavily used in the summer months by personal watercraft and water skiers.
The Nebraska State Game and Parks Commission lists Lake Hastings as containing Bullhead, Channel Catfish and Crappie.
Facilities at the lake are more like that of a city park, and the area around the lake is heavily urbanized.
