Kilpatrick Lake is located in Box Butte County, 22 miles west and one mile south of Alliance Nebraska. The lake is privately owned but managed by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission. Permission is required access at this lake.
The lake has 160 surface acres of water. The Nebraska State Game and Parks Commission lists the lake as containing Bluegill, Channel Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Tiger Muskie, Walleye and Yellow Perch.
