Recharge Lake is located in York County Nebraska, one and one-half miles west of the city of York. Boating is allowed on the lake, but is limited to a 5 mile per hour no-wake limit. The lake is part of the Upper Big Blue Natural Resource District.
The lake has 49 approximately surface acres of water. The Nebraska State Game and Parks Commission lists Recharge Lake as containing Bluegill, Bullhead, Channel Catfish, Crappie, and Largemouth Bass.
Facilites at recharge are primitive.
