Red fox Lake State Wildlife Management Area is located in Stanton County Nebraska, one and one-quarter miles south of the city of Pilger on Highway 15. Boating is allowed on this lake, but oats are limited to a 5 mile per hour no-wake rule.
The lake has approximately 25 surface acres of water. The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission lists Red fox Lake as containing Bluegill, Carp, Channel Catfish, Crappie and Largemouth Bass.
Facilities at Red fox Lake include a primitive boat ramp and restrooms.
