Smith Creek Reservoir is located in Seward County Nebraska, two miles northwest of Beaver Crossing. Boating is allowed on the lake, but boats are limited to 5 mile per hour speed limit. The reservoir has approximately 21 surface acres of water, and is very turbid. Smith Creek is part of the Upper Big Blue Natural Resource District.
The Nebraska State Game and Parks Commission lists the reservoir as containing Bluegill, Channel Catfish and Largemouth Bass.
Facilities at smith creek reservoir include primitive boat access, restrooms, and picnic facilities.
