  Willow Lake State Wildlife Management Area is located in Brown County, 19 and one half miles southwest of Ainsworth Nebraska. Boating is allowed on this lake, but powerboats are restricted to 5 mile per hour speed limit.

  The lake has approximately 313 surface acres of water. The Nebraska State Game and Parks Commission lists Willow Lake as containing Bluegill, Bullhead, Channel Catfish, Crappie, Largemouth Bass and Yellow Perch. Anglers should note, there is a 21" minimum on Largemouth Bass.

  Facilities at Willow Lake SWMA include primitive camping, primitive boating access, and restrooms.
